The EXOTAC Ultimate Bushcraft Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by Exotac Industries, LLC, 739-B Tucker Rd, Winder, GA 30680 ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes begins September 2, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends October 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. The winner drawing will be conducted on or about October 2, 2026.

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, immediate family members, and persons residing in the same household of Sponsor and participating promotional partners are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions are not eligible unless expressly stated otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right to determine eligibility of entrants using APO/FPO or similar military addresses.

Complete the official Sweepstakes entry form with your first name, last name and valid email address. Limit one entry per person and email address. Automated, fraudulent or duplicate entries may be disqualified. No purchase or payment is required.

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, winners will receive the products identified on the official giveaway page (collectively, the "Prizes"). Sponsor reserves the right to update the Prizes prior to the drawing to reflect final participating brands and product availability. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize component will be identified on the official giveaway page. The combined total ARV exceeds $1,000. The Sweepstakes awards three prize packages: First Place: Grand Prize Gear Package; Second Place: Second Place Gear Package; Third Place: Third Place Gear Package. The final products, brands, quantities, and ARVs displayed on the official giveaway page at the close of the Sweepstakes Period will constitute the final prize packages. No substitution, assignment, transfer, or cash redemption of any Prize is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute any Prize or component with an item of equal or greater value if unavailable. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value shall not be awarded. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and expenses not expressly specified herein. Sponsor covers ordinary U.S. shipping.

Participating brands and individual Prize components will be revealed throughout the Sweepstakes Period on the official giveaway page. The final Prize components and applicable ARVs will be reflected on the official giveaway page prior to the drawing.

On or about October 2, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries. Odds depend on total eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone. Sponsor shall have no liability for notifications that are lost, intercepted, filtered, delayed, misdirected, or not received. Each potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification and may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, IRS Form W-9, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release. Failure to respond, failure to complete required documentation, inability to contact a winner, or ineligibility may result in forfeiture. Sponsor may then select an alternate winner. Winners will never be required to pay Sponsor to claim a Prize.

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with their prizes. Sponsor may require completion of IRS Form W-9 prior to Prize delivery.

By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may share entrant information (name, email address, and other submitted information) with the following participating partners: Benchmade, GRAYL, Streamlight, Eberlestock, Blue Force Gear, Cammenga, and EXOTAC. Information shared will be subject to each partner's privacy policy. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter and shall not increase chances of winning. Where an entrant opts into marketing, they may unsubscribe in accordance with the applicable sender's unsubscribe procedures.

Certain Prize components may be subject to federal, state, or local law restrictions, including restrictions relating to knives, edged tools, survival products, or other regulated outdoor equipment. Sponsor reserves the right to verify legal eligibility, refuse shipment where prohibited, substitute a restricted item with a product of equal or greater value, and require additional certifications or acknowledgements before shipment. If shipment would violate applicable law, Sponsor may substitute the item without further compensation.
